1. Acceptance of terms
By using our site or hiring our services, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We offer web design and development, SEO, branding, and maintenance services for small businesses. The specific scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Pricing and payments
Published prices are for reference, and the final price may vary depending on the scope and requirements of the project.
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required to begin work, and the balance is due before final delivery or publishing of the site.
4. Scope and revisions
Each project includes an agreed number of revisions. Changes that exceed the agreed scope may incur additional costs, quoted separately.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing the necessary content, materials, and access in a timely manner. Delays in delivering these items may affect the project timeline.
Third-party services such as domain, hosting, and professional email are contracted separately and paid directly by the client.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the final delivered site. Pixel Pulse Web Studios may retain reusable components, templates, or base code, as well as the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
7. Maintenance
Maintenance is an optional service with a monthly fee. It includes the tasks agreed in the plan and begins after the site is delivered. It may be cancelled according to the agreed conditions.
8. Limitation of liability
We do our best to deliver quality work, but we do not guarantee specific business or ranking results. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or third-party services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project for breach. Amounts paid for work already performed are non-refundable.
