When a clinic comes to us, there’s almost always the same need underneath: a patient should find what they’re looking for and book an appointment without friction. For Progressive Medical Center, a Miami practice focused on mental health, that was the north star of the whole project.
The challenge
A clinic earns or loses trust in the first few seconds. The site had to feel warm and professional at once, explain the services without jargon, and keep the “book appointment” button always within reach.
What we prioritized
Clarity over decoration: a homepage that says who they are and what they offer at a glance, services ordered by what the patient actually needs, and online booking reachable from anywhere. All designed mobile-first, since that’s where most people arrive.
The takeaway
In healthcare, the best website isn’t the flashiest — it’s the one that removes anxiety. If booking is the easiest thing on the page, the design is doing its job.
